The Total Core eliminates this first jerking motion and then guides you through a smooth, full range motion that far exceeds the range of a typical crunch while you are comfortably seated and properly supported
The secret behind the Total Core is the unique, progressive resistance system that "pushes" you upward with more of a "push" in the beginning of the movement when you need it most and less toward the end. But there's more!
